When they are arrested by Canadian Police, who refuse to listen to them, the violent deaths of over three billion people becomes inevitable. Meanwhile, to help Defence Dynamics sell more planes and to put pressure on Australian Prime Minister Mulaney to join the conspiracy, CIA Chief Creswell Bunton facilitates the purchase of boats for refugees. Soon thousands of desperate people are approaching Australian shores in too many boats to be intercepted. Mulaney stirs up fear of an invasion in the electorate to ensure his re-election; then secretly orders them destroyed.
