Developing craft through opportunities:
- The Eurobodalla Authors’ Group meets by invitation at night on the second Monday of each month. Authors (and aspiring authors) meet at a private home to learn, share, and critique each other’s work for publication and generally support one another’s diverse projects. The group’s emphasis is on publication.
- The Moruya Library’s weekly ‘write-ups’, held in the Gubar Baran room each Tuesday from 11:00am to 12:30pm, are casual, drop-in sessions providing time for quiet, self-directed writing and are recommended for keen writers who are not working towards publication but seek dedicated writing time during the day.
- The libraries regularly promote writing workshops – see their website for more details. https://www.esc.nsw.gov.au/community/libraries/whats-on
Eurobodalla Writers treat each other with respect—acknowledging the inherent value and dignity of others, showing kindness and consideration, and valuing their perspectives.
